What is included in an all inclusive package?
Our all-inclusive package provides you with all meals and a generous selection of beverages throughout your stay. Daily activities, a full mini-bar replenished daily, and Cellar Door connections.
What are your check-in / check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is 11 am. You are welcome to join us before you check-in for lunch at Sebastian.
Is early check-in / late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible but is subject to availability. Please let our team know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What are your booking terms and conditions?
At the time of booking, we require full payment of the total package amount to secure the booking. To view our cancellation policy please refer to our booking terms below.
Is there a pool?
We have a heated, outdoor pool in our courtyard. Our Grand Spa Suite and Tower Suite also include a private hot tub.
Are you pet friendly?
The lodge is pet friendly. Our Grand Suite – Room 1 accommodates pooches.
Can I bring children?
Tower Lodge is suited for adults, however, children are welcome.
Do you have a minimum stay?
There is a 2 night minimum stay over Friday and Saturday nights. There may also be minimum stays in place over long weekends, public holidays or other special events. Our reservations team will be delighted to assist if you require clarification on specific dates.
I am coming to stay for a special occasion, can you arrange something for me?
Absolutely! We can help arrange anything from a bottle of champagne to flowers, romantic picnics and more. Please let our team know and we’ll be happy to discuss options with you.
How many rooms do you have?
We have 14 suites – 4 x Estate Suites, 5 x Grand Suites, 3 x Grand Spa Suites, 1 x Tower Suite, and 1 x Accessible Estate Suite.
Is there parking onsite? Is there a fee?
We have outdoor/unsecured parking available, which is complimentary.
Do you have any accessible rooms?
We have one accessible suite. Please contact our team to discuss this further.
Do you have Wifi? Is there a fee?
Complimentary Wifi is available to our guests.
What are your restaurant hours?
Our restaurant is open 7 days for lunch and dinner. Lunch is from 12pm and dinner is from 6pm. The restaurant is open to the public.
Can you cater for special dietaries (Vegan, Vegetarian, GF)
Absolutely! Please advise our team and we will pass your dietary requirements onto the chef.
