CHILDREN AT TOWER LODGE
At Tower Lodge we are dedicated to providing a sophisticated and serene environment with a strong focus on exceptional food and beverage experiences. To ensure that all guests fully enjoy their stay with us, we primarily cater to adults. While we appreciate and accept children, we find that our setting is best enjoyed by guests seeking a more peaceful experience.
The following policies are designed to ensure minimal impact on other guests while complying with our liquor licensing obligations.
External Guests Dining in our Restaurant​
Our restaurant is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for all guests. To maintain the refined atmosphere, we ask that children are well-prepared to appreciate a fine dining environment. We offer a selection of dishes suitable for younger guests. Please notify us in advance if your booking includes children.
Booking Accommodation with Children
If you are planning to book accommodation for a family, please understand that the following policies apply:

The property is licensed premises under the Liquor Act 2007. Therefore all minors (children under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult any time they are outside your suite. This includes the pool and outer grounds areas

Children are only permitted in the main lodge building (restaurant & lounge) during meal service times

To include children in your booking you will need to book directly with the property

Additional charges for children staying with their parents apply, this varies with the age of the child/children and additional bedding required, please discuss this with our Guest Services team at the time of booking

The suites at Tower Lodge are designed for couples and there are no interconnecting suites.

Several suites accommodate twin-share bedding and rollaway beds

There is a limit of two children per suite when staying with a responsible adult

Our restaurant is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for all guests. To maintain the refined atmosphere, we ask that children are well-prepared to appreciate a fine dining environment. We offer a selection of dishes suitable for younger guests

We recommend our earliest sitting of 6.00 pm for dining in the restaurant of an evening. Later dining is available to be enjoyed in the suite

The kangaroos on the property are wild and can be unpredictable, it is the responsibility of the parents and/or accompanying adult/s to ensure the safety of the children and keep them from approaching or trying to pet these animals

Should you refuse to comply with any requirement, reasonable request or any of the policies above, you may be asked to leave the premises without refund or compensation

If you have an Exclusive Use booking, the requirements for pool and outdoor areas do not apply. The liquor licensing requirements still apply to the restaurant/lounge area and children are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult, they are allowed in this area outside meal service times.

If children are staying in your suite, all alcohol will be removed from the minibar prior to check-in. Any alcoholic beverages can be ordered from our team and will be handed directly to a responsible adult
